At times, we may lose customers due to stock shortages, which is a problem we face in our business. On the other hand, prominent retailers like Reliance Digital at Phoenix Market City excel in laptop sales, a segment where we lack Business Analysts (BA). This gives them an advantage in attracting and retaining customers who are in need of laptops. Unlike our store, Croma, where customers visiting do not have the option to take a proper device experience. This lack of availability and experience can be frustrating for customers and may lead them to choose our competitors over us. It is crucial for us to address this issue by improving our stock management and investing in BA resources to enhance the customer experience in the laptop segment.
